For me, when I can tell I need extra motivation in the middle of a set, I close my eyes and think, I have to push this huge heavy rock (aka barbell with a couple of weights on it) out of the way with all my strength, because my kid is on the other side and I’m her only hope! And then I have to do it again four more times. 😝 And again next week.
